After witnessing the meteoric rise of craft beer in the UK and USA Sapaudia decided that in 2018, enough was enough - the alps needs quality, locally produced beer. And thus Sapaudia Brewing Co. was born. The brewery is located 30 minutes from Le Réservoir. Their mission is simple: to provide independently-produced quality craft beer for the locals and tourists of the Tarentaise Valley and beyond.

Going back to basics, with the choice of a low density to increase its drinkability, Liquid Fog is in fact anything but basic. The well-known Norwegian Kveik yeast brings out all the fruity qualities of Styrian Wolf Alpine hops, and leaves behind this dreamlike haze. The result is a session with a very promising profile, to be enjoyed for all occasions; whether you're remembering an alpine epic or looking to escape everyday life, Liquid Fog will do the job.

Crazy dry hopping with the one and only mind-blowing Citra for an aromatic slap of grapefruit and lime as a starter. Filtered through fresh fir needles for a subtle finish on the coniferous resin... Between all these notes everything is pure refreshment.
